Happy Mother’s Day!

May all who nourish others feel appreciated today in celebration of the many ways we love.  Of course, to all the other mama bears out there, I hope someone in your life said thank you for how you show up for your kids every day.  And if not, Thank You.

In the spirit of the creation of Mother’s Day:  Peace.

As for me, I’m on my way out of town with my 9 year-old for an end of year school camping trip!!!  Wish us a poison oak free experience, eh? (He’s highly allergic, eeek!).

I envy you. My daughter is now 29. I cherished every moment I had with her but she still grew up too fast! If anyone would like a simple exercise for how to get the most out of the time you have with your kids, check out the post titled “Be Proactive—Create Your Own Sacred Moments!” on my blog.

Here’s to parents who cherish spending time with their kids!
