Five (Really) Good Things

I thought I was too late to join in but I just visited SacredRuminations and decided I would take a leap and join in the fun via zena’s musings via Liz .

But since I am late, I will offer from this week.

1.  A playful walk by the beach with my husband and 12 year old daughter.

2. Dancing with Amara Tabor-Smith at Rhythm and Motion in San Francisco.  Amara takes an already beautiful way to work out and turns it into an ecstatic spiritual experience.

3. Spending TWO luxurious hours on the phone with a beloved friend, ruminating on everything from personal stories to life lessons and generally just BASKING in each other.  What a gift!

4.  Watching my doggy girl

sleep in her favorite position on her back with her legs spread eagled to the world, wondering how I can learn to trust like THAT.

5.  Continuing to explore the blog world and enjoying learning about life from different perspectives.  The creativity here is inspiring.

On that note, I appreciate that more people are visiting AND I would love to reciprocate.  If you aren’t comfortable leaving a comment, feel free to connect by emailing me at staci at staci boden dot com.

Happy Friday!
